Biomax Nitrogen Plus

Biomax Nitrogen Plus is a unique liquid UAN that has been specifically fortified and enhanced with specific growth stimulants to improve uptake and produce a more sustained response. Ideal for hill country Nitrogen applications. It has ingredients that increase root development and this will assist crops that have "wet feet" or poor root uptake. It does contain a range of trace elements but not in quantities that will sustain stock requirements.

UAN products have been used throughout the world for many years with great success on grasses,crops and in horticulture and fertigation systems. It contains 320 grams of Nitrogen per litre of product and is immediately available to the plant and the root zone because it requires no conversion. This means less units of Nitrogen are required to obtain similar results in dry matter growth due to reduced losses to atmosphere or leaching. (Trial results show in most cases 1 litre of Biomax Nitrogen Plus equals 3.6 kgs of urea in DM production) Ideal for use when the pasture or crop needs an injection of nitrogen to maintain growth or provide a boost.

Biomax Nitrogen Plus is compatible with most commonly used weedicides, insecticides or fungicides and can be applied at the same time to save additional application costs. Biomax Nitrogen is applied at rates between 10-27 litres per hectare on pastures or crops based on the 1: 3.6 ratio above or for individual requirements and situations. (A water rate of no less than 1: 8 should be used to prevent burning)
